July Market Update

In the last 6 months property prices across our five major cities have risen over 12%!

All of these citys look to have a strong double-digit property growth over 2021.

Buyers are still out there buying up and supply is struggling to keep up and so pushing up prices.

Banks are forecasting 20% to 30% rise in property values for some time and then slowing down over the next couple of years.

Supply is low and demand is high in capital cities this resulting in higher property prices. The table below shows the drop in stock over the last 12 months. Have a look at Brisbane with the biggest drop of 25.9%. No wonder we are finding it challenging to find bargains right now.
